Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 14 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. Returns must be accompanied with original receipt and all original product packaging. All items must be in salable condition. Items should be returned or shipped directly to the museum store with original receipt.

Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless damaged or defective.
Include packing slip and all documentation.
Custom or personalized items are not returnable.
Refunds exceeding $200 in cash or by a debit card without a major credit card logo will be refunded by check within 10 business days.
